Photo series featuring 2022’s Top 10 best new Canadian restaurants for Air Canada’s enRoute magazine. Ten restaurants in eight Canadian cities during a two-week cross-country shoot! It was truly an honour and privilege to have the opportunity to meet these chefs, who opened the doors to their restaurants and welcomed us so generously… and fed us so well! From an ultra-chic Toronto dining establishment to a charming family-run joint in Calgary, the sheer variety of award-winning restaurants was beautiful to both see and savour.
